1 c. plus 1 tbsp. warm water
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 c. bread flour
1 c. whole wheat flour (I use 3/4 whole, 1/4 oat)
1 pkg. yeast (rapid rise)
