BEER BREAD 
3 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. honey
12 oz. of beer (any kind)
Butter

In a bowl place dry ingredients first; add the honey; then pour in the beer, stirring only until flour is moistened.

Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes.

As soon as it is removed from the oven, rub the top and sides with butter.
