WHOLE WHEAT HONEY BREAD
1/3 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. honey
4 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. bread flour
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. ice water

Stir yeast and honey into the warm water in a 1 cup measure and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Using a food processor process flour, butter, salt and 1/4 cup honey for 20 seconds. With machine running, pour the yeast mixture in a slow steady stream as fast as the flour will absorb it. Add ice water and process until the dough starts to clean sides of bowl. Process about 60 seconds. Shape into ball and place in bowl. Let rise to double bulk. Make into 2 loaves. Let rise about 45 minutes. Bake at 360 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
