HONEY WHEAT BREAD | |
3 c. warm water 3 pkgs. yeast (2 tbsp.) 4 - 6 c. white flour 1/2 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. honey 3 c. wheat flour 2 tbsp. oil 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 cup dry milk Combine water, oil, and honey. Add yeast, and salt. Mix. Add all other dry ingredients. Mix until dough clears side of mixing bowl. Let dough rise until double. Divide into 2 loaves and place into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Butter top of loaves if desired. |
