BAKED CHICKEN-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 can soup cans of water
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Salt
Pepper
12 chicken breasts, cut in halves
1 stick butter, melted

Place rice in buttered pan; add soups, water, mushrooms, and almonds, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in butter and place over rice mixture. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Makes 12 servings. For first 1 1/2 hour, cover with foil.
