FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1/2 lb. fettuccine noodles
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 c. half & half
3/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Salt

Have a large bowl warmed and ready before you cook the noodles. Drain the cooked noodles and put them into the bowl. Quickly add remaining ingredients, tossing briskly to coat all noodles and serve at once. May add cooked shrimp or sauteed vegetables if preferred. Serves 4.
