EGG FRIED RICE 
1 egg, beaten
2 cups leftover cooked white rice
3 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 small green onion, finely chopped (save cut stem to garnish)
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
soy sauce, to taste

In a large pan heat vegetable oil on medium-low. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute. Add green onion and stir for 2 minutes. Add cooked rice, and stir, let cook for 5 minutes. Add beaten egg and slowly add soy sauce, to taste, stirring consistently for about 10 minutes.

Garnish with stem from green onion and enjoy!
