HAM AND EGG FRIED RICE 
3 c. boiled rice
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 to 4 scrambled eggs
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. garlic salt
1 sm. onion
1 c. diced ham
Soy sauce

Scramble the eggs first, blend up with a fork. Set aside. Heat oil and add ham, stirring often until cooked. Add rice, garlic, and soy sauce and stir fry. Return scrambled eggs and heat through. Serve immediately.
