HAM FRIED RICE 
1 1/2 c. diced ham
1/2 c. frozen peas or pea pods
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1 egg, scrambled
1/3 c. chopped green onions
Oil
Soy sauce
3 c. cooked rice

Boil carrots until crispness is gone, then add peas and cook 5 minutes, drain and set aside.

Fry scrambled egg and set aside.

Now place 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and ham into a hot wok or skillet. When evenly cooked add peas and carrots and mix. Add rice and when mixed well, add egg and onion. Use soy sauce to taste.
