2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
1 jar marshmallow creme
2 sticks butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 7 ingredients. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While still warm spread marshmallow creme on top. Cool thoroughly.

Mix together remaining ingredients along with enough evaporated milk or cream to make of spreading consistency. Spread on marshmallow creme. Yummy and very rich.
