PEPPERONI ROLLS 
1 lb. pepperoni
1 lb. provolone cheese

Stir together: 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt

Dissolve: 2 c. warm water

Combine above ingredients and add: 1/4 c. oil

Knead until not sticky. (You may have to add a little more flour). Let rise 1/2 hour. Slice a small piece off and flatten into pancake shape. Add pepperoni and cheese then roll into a small log. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes on a greased (not floured) pan. Brush rolls with butter after removing them from oven.
