BERRY PIE 
3 c. berries
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch or 4 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice for blueberry pie

Mix fruit with sugar, cornstarch or flour and salt and if blueberries, lemon juice. Fill unbaked shell with berries and dot with butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes then at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
