MEAT STUFFED SHELLS 
2 lb. hamburger
1 box lg. stuffing shells
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lg. onion
1 sm. can mushroom pieces

Chop onions and brown with hamburger. Drain grease and add frozen chopped spinach and mushrooms. Mix well and leave on low simmer.

Cook shells according to directions, cooking al dente, or until slightly firm. Stuff with meat mixture and arrange in a roasting pan. Top with sauce and a layer of cheese. BAke at 325 degrees until cheese is completely melted and slightly brown.
