BRUNCH SCRAMBLE 
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
5 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. cooked ham, chicken or turkey
1 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine eggs and milk in large bowl, beating well. Add remainder of ingredients, stir well. Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees 45 to 50 minutes. 8 servings.
