1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreos
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
16 oz. Cool Whip
Gummy worms

Crush Oreos in food processor. Mix chocolate pudding with 1 3/4 cups milk; fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Mix vanilla pudding with 1 3/4 cups milk; fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip.

Layer in sand bucket or flower pot (CLEAN!) : 1) dirt (cookie crumbs, 2) chocolate mixture, 3) dirt (cookie crumbs), 4) vanilla mixture.

Decorate with gummy worms or artificial flowers - serve with sand shovel.
