WHITE WINE SANGRIA 
3 oranges
2 lemons
4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. brandy
2 tbsp. honey
10 oz. bottle seltzer water (any carbonated water)

Save one orange and lemon for garnish. Squeeze juice from remaining oranges and lemons. Stir together juices, dry white wine, brandy and honey, cover and chill.

Just before serving, pour chilled mixture into large pitcher or punch bowl. Slowly add the chilled carbonated water. Add sliced reserved orange and lemon slices. Makes 14 - 4 ounce servings.
