VEGGIE BURGERS | |
1/4 c. sesame seeds 3 eggs 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1 1/2 c. shredded carrots 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained 2 c. mung bean sprouts 2 tbsp. oil Heat sesame seeds in a skillet, toasting for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Beat the eggs and add seeds and remaining ingredients (except oil). Mix well to combine. Heat oil in a skillet and form burgers. Fry for 3 minutes per side. Serves 2-4. |
