4 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup non-dairy whipped topping

Beat topping until stiff. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix yolks with sugar and combine everything in large bowl. Stir in variation of choice for example cocoa powder, crumbled cookies or peanut brittle. The variations are endless. Freeze.
