MEXICAN MEAT PIE 
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
2 c. chopped cooked meat (any kind roast, hamburger, etc.)
1 c. water plus 1 beef bouillon cube
4 to 5 ripe olives, sliced
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or homemade equivalent

Combine rice, tomato sauce, olives, meat seasonings and broth. Pour into well greased, 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Place biscuits on top of casserole and bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.
