PASTA WITH FRESH ZUCCHINI 
12 oz. fresh pasta
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
3 med. zucchini
1 jar tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried sweet basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Cook pasta in large pot; drain well. Time it so it is ready when sauce is ready. Melt butter in saucepan; saute onion until soft but not brown. Add garlic, slice zucchini in half and then into 1/4 inch slices. Add to onion and garlic. Stir in tomato sauce, marjoram, oregano, sweet basil, salt, and pepper. Cover, simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix with pasta and serve.
