| AWESOME SHRIMP AND ZUCCHINI PASTA | |

A great, tasty idea for garden zucchini. 1 (12 oz.) bag frozen cleaned no tail shrimp 1 medium onion, minced 1 medium zucchini, shredded 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 (16 oz.) box thin spaghetti pasta salt and pepper, to taste Put water on to boil pasta because this happens fast.. Mince onion and shred zucchini. Add to frying pan with stick of butter and garlic. Bring to a simmer and add whole bag of shrimp. Cook till shrimp are pink. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Spoon over drained pasta. Total cook time: 12 minutes. Serves 4 to 5. Submitted by: DJJON | |
