JO ANNE EASY COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6-8 oz. shredded coconut

Mix all ingredients and blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
