COCONUT CUSTARD BLENDER PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. soft butter

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until well mixed. Place in a greased and floured 8x8 dish and bake 350 for 45 minutes.
