4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
4 oz. coconut
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Mix everything together. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Should be lightly browned. Serves 6-8.
