SABIAN CABBAGE 
1 medium head cabbage (3 lbs.), shredded fine
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter

Place cabbage in shallow 4 quart casserole; pour milk over cabbage. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Cover; bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover; bake 30 minutes more or until crumbs brown and cabbage is tender. People won't even know they are eating cabbage. Delicious and great with pork.
