SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
Good!

1 med. head cabbage, sliced thin
8 oz. sliced cheese
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter

Boil cabbage in salt water until tender and drain. Put in 8 x 11 pan. Melt cheese, butter and milk, pour over cabbage. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes.
