SERBIAN CABBAGE | |
1 med. head cabbage 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.) 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1/2 c. butter Shred cabbage fine. Place in shallow 4 quart casserole. Pour milk over cabbage. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Cover. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until crumbs are lightly brown. |
