PINEAPPLE CHICKEN KABOBS 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 red or green bell pepper, in chunks
1 red onion, in chunks
cherry tomatoes
1/3 c. Italian salad dressing or your favorite BBQ sauce

Thread pineapple chunks, chicken, bell pepper, onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers. Brush with the Italian salad dressing or BBQ sauce. Grill or broil kabobs for 10-15 minutes or till chicken is no longer pink, brushing with dressing or BBQ sauce occasionally. Ready to serve.

Note: Discard any remaining dressing or BBQ sauce.

Makes 4 servings.
