“PITA PIZZA” IS IN:

PITA PIZZA 
4 individual whole wheat pita breads
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 zucchini, trimmed and thinly sliced into 12 pieces
1 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
2 slices turkey salami (from a 6 oz. package), julienne cut
Leaf oregano

Place pita breads, hollow sides up, on cookie sheet. Top each with one quarter of the tomato sauce, 3 zucchini slices and one quarter of the cheese and salami. Sprinkle with oregano. Broil, 4-inches from heat, 5 minutes, or till cheese is bubbly, and salami is crisp.

Makes 4 servings, 213 calories each
