PUMPKIN BUTTER | |
1 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Combine pumpkin, sugar and pie spice in large saucepan. Simmer over medium heat till sugar is dissolved. Pour into container and chill. Serve. Keep refrigerated. Submitted by: Karen LaValley |
