CHICKEN SHISH KABOB 
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
Boneless chicken breasts; cut up
Whole mushrooms
Green pepper sections
Cherry tomatoes

Combine first 7 ingredients and boil in saucepan for 5 minutes. Marinate chicken in this mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours. Put chicken and vegetables on skewers and cook on grill. Baste with remaining marinade.
