1 egg
1 (12 oz.) can corn
1 (4 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (7 or 8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. sm. smoked sausage links

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of an 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Beat egg. Add undrained corn, half of the cheese to the egg. Add muffin mix; mix well. Spoon the batter into the baking dish. Arrange sausage links on top of batter. bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares. 4 servings.
