1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well with fork. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients. Put 1/2 cup oil in one hole. 1 tablespoons vinegar in the second hole and 1 teaspoon vanilla in the third hole. Pour 1 cup of water over all. Stir with a fork until well mixed. Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan (ungreased). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
