3-HOLE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
4 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar

Sift into 13 x 9 inch cake pan the flour, cocoa, soda, sugar, and salt. Separate mixture into three holes. Put vanilla into first hole. Pour 1 1/2 cups cold water over whole mixture. Mix in pan with fork. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes (electric); 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (gas).
