3 HOLE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients. Pour vinegar in 1 hole, oil in second hole and vanilla in last hole. Pour cold water over all and mix well. Pour batter into an ungreased 8" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This is a dark, moist cake, good served plain or can be frosted. Makes an 8" square pan.
