TOAD IN A HOLE 
4 slices bread
4 eggs
1 tbsp. fat for griddle

Cut a hole out of bread with small glass top edge. Butter both sides of bread. Fry on griddle (that has fat melted on top). Break egg open into small dish, check then slip it into bread hole. Fry until bottom of bread is brown. Flip, fry other side until done. Serve and eat. Serves 4 or more.
