VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-all, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. can chopped water chestnuts
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Mix first five ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Top with crackers mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
