1 box German chocolate cake mix (or any other chocolate mix you wish)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 beaten eggs
1 stick melted butter

Mix these and spread in a greased 13x9-inch pan. Pat it evenly. Will be a bit dry.

1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Mix well and spread on top of cake layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
