1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. water
1 c. refried beans
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 c. thick salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Grease pie pan. Mix Bisquick, water, and beans. Spread in pan and top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
