VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 or 2 pkgs. frozen green beans
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. herb-flavored croutons

Thaw vegetables and put in layers in buttered casserole. Pour soup on top, then cheese (1/2 of it). Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1/2 croutons on top and other half of cheese and bake again to melt cheese and brown croutons. May use fresh vegetables in season.
