KENTUCKY POUND CAKE 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. crushed pineapple
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix ingredients, except egg whites. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Grease and flour tube pan. Pour in mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until when tested with a fork comes out clean.
