CODY'S COWBOY PASTA 
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can cream of broccoli soup
3/4 cup mild salsa (I use chunky)
2 cups water
2 1/2 cups frozen vegetables
2 cups uncooked pasta (I use whole-wheat)
2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves

Brown beef well in large non-stick skillet at medium-high heat.

Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.

Simmer covered, until pasta is fully cooked - about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and keeping pasta under surface of liquid.
