“CRUNCHY TUNA YOGURT SALAD” IS IN:

CRUNCHY TUNA YOGURT SALAD 
2 (7 oz. each) cans tuna, flaked
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup diced celery
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans
mixed Asian or baby salad greens mix

Peel or remove strings from celery.

Combine first 4 ingredients. Blend yogurt, Italian dressing, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add to tuna mixture. Toss to blend. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add pecans and mound salad over greens.

Makes about 4 generous servings.
