WILD RICE SOUP | |
1 lb. bacon, cut 1/2 onion, diced 3 stalks chopped celery 1/2 lb. wild rice, cooked (yields 1 c.) 2 cans cream potato soup 2 sm. cans mushrooms 1 pt. half and half Fry together bacon, onion and celery; drain. Add rest of ingredients, season to taste. Warm soup and serve. |
