YUMMIE BALLS 
1/2 c. (7 tbsp.) peanut butter
1/2 c. (6 tbsp.) honey
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. toasted wheat germ
1 c. peanuts or soy nuts
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

Roll into balls and roll in coconut. Refrigerate if using a refrigerated brand of peanut butter, which would be preferable.
