PARSLEY CARROTS | |
8 med. carrots 2 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 2 tsp. snipped parsley Pare carrots; cut lengthwise. Place in a 10"x6" baking dish. Add water, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
