BAKED CHICKEN REUBEN 
4 chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
4 slices Swiss cheese, halved
1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Place chicken in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken, top with cheese. Pour dressing over. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with parsley.
