CHICKEN REUBEN 
6 chicken breasts, boned
1 (17 1/2 oz.) can sauerkraut, drain juice
1 pkg. Swiss cheese (6-8 oz.)
1 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
Salt & pepper

Salt and pepper chicken breasts. Spread dressing on chicken. Layer ingredients in order. Cover with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
