REUBEN CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts, skinned & halved
8 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
12 oz. lo-cal 1000 Island Dressing

Layer chicken, cheese, kraut and dressing in greased baking pan. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
