BAKED CHICKEN REUBEN 
4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and pressed to remove excess liquid
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 slices Swiss cheese, each 4 x 6 inches
1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island Dressing

Place chicken in large greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken, top with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese and chicken. Cover with foil.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve. Makes 4 servings.

I am in the habit of lining my baking dishes with foil as it is easier to clean up. Edna.
